RAD Marketing has been selected to work with Gairloch again on 2 new mid-rise residential buildings at the western edge of the Junction neighbourhood’s main street, Dundas Street West. The residential building includes ground-floor retail space, expanding the high street retail strip further west.
The project aims to introduce a diverse range of housing types and further add to the vibrancy of this highly attractive neighbourhood. Launching summer and fall of 2022.

Proclaimed as a confluence of ecological, urban, and industrial history, the master plan was inspired by the surrounding neighbourhood, a landscape defined by the buried Garrison Creek, the decommissioned Abattoir building and smokestack, and the historic Wellington Destructor.
