GRAPHIC DESIGNER 

Job Description:

RAD Marketing is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about corporate and project-specific branding, digital content, and visual storytelling within the real estate and pre-construction industry. The Graphic Designer will report to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and play an integral role in shaping RAD Marketing’s brand identity while supporting the execution of marketing materials for some of the most high-profile real estate developments in Canada.

Skills and Attributes:

  • A strong creative eye and a passion for brand development, both at the corporate and project level.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects an asset).

  • Experience with digital and print design, email campaigns, social media graphics, brochures, signage, and presentations.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

  • Familiarity with real estate and pre-construction marketing is an asset but not required.

 

 

Areas of Responsibility (Duties include, but are not limited to):

  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing materials, including but not limited to:

    • Digital & social media graphics

    • Sales brochures & floorplans

    • Advertising & promotional assets

    • Email marketing campaigns

    • Event collateral & signage

  • Ensure all designs align with project branding and marketing strategies.

  • Support the team with presentation decks and proposals.

  • Help manage and maintain visual assets and branding materials.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create engaging content that enhances brand presence.

  • Resize and adapt creative materials for various platforms.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital and print design.

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining project files and templates.

  • Provide creative support during project launches and marketing events.

 

 

Job Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Salary-based, commensurate with experience

 

 

Experience:

  • 1+ year of design experience (internship experience considered)

 

Education:

  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
