Where Passion Meets Purpose

We’re proud to co-organize and champion Ballin’ Out for Charity, an annual 3-on-3 basketball tournament that brings together our industry—developers, brokerages, trades, agencies—not only to compete, but to uplift communities.

To date, the tournament has raised a cumulative $250,000 in support of community organizations—with proceeds this year directed to the MLSE Foundation’s Change the Game campaign.

More than just sport: the day included fan events, a half-court shooting contest, skills clinics, and live performances.

Our President, Riz Dhanji, frames it well: “As we help shape the physical landscape of our city, we’re equally committed to investing in the social fabric that makes our neighbourhoods thrive.”

By leading with Ballin’ Out, we turn visibility into action, competition into collaboration, and community into something we build—both on and off the court.

A Key Pillar in Our Social Commitment

While Ballin’ Out gives us a public rallying point, Habitat for Humanity GTA is where enduring change happens brick by brick.

To date, RAD has helped raise $212,000+ in support of Habitat through financial gifts, awareness campaigns, and volunteer eoorts. Our team also contributes sweat equity—spending days on build sites, raising walls, and helping families establish a foundation of stability. As housing affordability continues to intensify, we see our Habitat partnership not as a side project, but as a central responsibility in our industry.

We could not be more grateful for our partnership with RAD, both in raising critically-needed funds to support our work and in spending three days on our build site swinging hammers to help build Habitat homes. Never before have working families in the GTA carried such a heavy burden with the combined weight of housing costs and inflation leaving their household budget stretched more than ever. At the same time, Habitat for Humanity GTA has been bavling unprecedented construction costs and interest rate increases in our urgent work to deliver affordable homeownership solutions that enable working families to thrive. Academic & Student Engagements

At RAD, fostering the future of real estate is at the core of our mission. We’re passionate about nurturing young talent entering our industry, which is why we actively engage with student organizations like the Rotman School of Management’s Real Estate Club at the University of Toronto and participate in milestone events such as Humber College’s Real Estate Program culmination. Most recently we had the honour of hosting the SREIC of Schulich School for an onsite tour of One Delisle’s construction. This provided an invaluable opportunity for students to witness realworld development processes and engage in discussions on pre-construction strategies. Our commitment extends beyond business — we’re dedicated to supporting and empowering the next generation of real estate professionals. Being involved in the community and guiding aspiring individuals towards success is a privilege we cherish.
