The Evolution of Architecture and Design

One Delisle is the first residential building in Canada designed by visionary architect, Jeanne Gang – founder of Studio Gang Architects, a Chicago-based powerhouse firm.

As Studio Gang’s first project in Canada, One Delisle, will continue to elevate Toronto on the world stage for architectural design and innovation. Jeanne Gang, Time Magazine’s 2019 World's Most Influential Architect, is bringing her undeniable eye and creative mind to the revitalization of Yonge and St.Clair; one of the most important intersections in the city. One Delisle is part of Slate Asset Management’s vision for the neighbourhood where retail, office, transit and residential living coincide in an area bordered by Rosedale, Moore Park, Summerhill, Forest Hill, and Deer Park. Featuring a rhythmic exterior and panoramic views, One Delisle will rise 47 stories from a rectangular retail podium and transform into a 16-sided circular tower composed of large outdoor spaces and a form that provides shading from the elements.

With its iconic design both interior and exterior, One Delisle expresses a remarkable vision for the future and will break with convention. An architectural marvel that will forever change Toronto’s landscape and expectation for impeccable city building.

The Penthouses

Set atop midtown Toronto’s newest architectural landmark, each of the eight residences are custom designed by world-renowned architecture and design firm Studio Gang. One Delisle is their first project in Canada, and this is a first exclusive Penthouse Collection.

The eight residences are situated on the residential building’s top floors, 45 through 47, and are generous in size with only two or three suites per floor. The pride of the penthouses is the variety of outdoor spaces that anchor each residence: balconies, terraces, and winter loggias equipped with optional plunge pools. If you only have one view of Toronto, this must be it.

The Penthouse Collection is inviting, rooms sequence to extend comfort and function. Made for entertaining, the great rooms boast a fireplace, and the dining rooms include glass-enclosed wine cabinets. The flooring is oversized engineered oak hardwood, in plank or herringbone pattern throughout, and all closets are adorned with custom built-in shelving. No detail – of practicality or elegance – has been overlooked in the design of these residences.
